ExtractCraft offers a 30-day return policy on extraction units purchased directly from ExtractCraft at full retail price that are unused and returned free of damage. Any extraction equipment that has been used and exhibits any smell of any botanical will not be accepted for return.
Your satisfaction is our goal. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please contact us for a guidance. We do everything we can to ensure our customer’s satisfaction and a positive experience with our products. If you have trouble with anything or have a question we are here to help.
Step 1. E-mail Us – To receive a refund, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) to ensure that your refund is credited to the correct account. E-mail email@example.com within the first 30 days of delivery of the product, and we will reply with an RMA (valid for 7 business days).
Step 2. Pack the Source for Return In Original Packaging – To ensure that your Source returns to us, safe and undamaged, it is required to pack the return in its original packaging. Also, remember to include all accessories, parts, and pieces in order to receive the full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling charges.
Step 3. Label Package with RMA – To receive the fastest credit possible, please include a copy of your original invoice. You MUST write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box. An RMA number is required for refund of purchase price.
Step 4. Insure & Track Your Package – Protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it via a trackable service such as USPS Certified Mail, UPS, or FedEx. The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a RMA. Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret that we cannot issue a credit or refund for any item that is damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD. We do not accept walk-in returns.
Step 5. Receive Your Refund – Credit card purchases will be refunded within 48 hours of the processing of your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.
PLEASE ALLOW US UP TO 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN AND UP TO 48 HOURS FOR REFUNDS. We do our best to process your return the day we receive your shipment and will issue your refund as quickly as possible.
